The following pages
titled Ocean and subtitled Asilomar and Monterey are about the huge body of water sitting
right under our nose and more specific about the areas where land and water interact with
each other.
We picked Monterey Bay
as the setting for we live in Monterey and are able to see the wonders of nature from our
own habitats up on Spaghetti hill.
Barely a five minute
walk and we are at the Monterey shoreline. We wish everybody could live so close to the
ocean. For those who cannot we wrote these few web-pages and linked it with hundreds of
pictures.
Keep in mind neither one of us is an
expert in Marine biology, Ocean sciences or Geology. Go
