I used as starting point the arrival of settlers in America not too long ago.

U.S. history in The Waiter's Digest lists the reasons leading to the American Revolution and the Civil War.

This notes do not describe war or battles in the wars. The author's intentions are to show the different groups of settlers and the heat applied to melt Americans into one society.
